Cheesy Breakfast Casserole

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 lb mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Vegetables and herbs (optional)
  

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
  2. Brown sausage in skillet, drain excess grease
  3. Spread crescent rolls in bottom of 9 x 13 dish
  4. Top with sausage and veggies (if using), then pour eggs over. Generously top with cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
