Ingredients:
- 8 ounces dry rotini pasta

- 1/2 cup red onion slivered
|
|
|
- 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
|
- 3/4 cup carrots julienned
|
|
|
|
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs
|
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
|
- 3 tablespoons Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
|
|
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
|
|
|
|
|
Directions:
- Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain and run under cold water to stop cooking.
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well to combine.
- Combine pasta and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Top with additional feta cheese and herbs if desired.
