Ingredients:

- 4 ounces cream cheese, reduced fat
|
- 2 red bell peppers, roughly chopped
|
- 1 lb. chicken breasts (halved if they’re big)
|

Directions:
- Pour water into slow cooker
- Add quinoa
- Dollop cream cheese around the crock pot, about 4-5 dollops
- Add chopped bell peppers
- Add chicken
- Pour salsa over chicken
- Set slow cooker to low
- Cook on low for 8 hours
- Serve and enjoy!
