Ingredients:
- 1 Head of cauliflower - chopped into florets

- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
|
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
|
|
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
|
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Stir together salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower and olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder over cauliflower and toss well.
- Add parmesan cheese and toss well to coat the cauliflower.
- Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet (see note).
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cauliflower is easily pierced with a fork and is golden brown on the edges. Serve immediately.
