All O Bee employees are offered 20 hours of paid leave per year to volunteer in the community with all kinds of organizations. They are free to choose whatever work they feel fills a need. Our employees lug boxes at local food banks, harvest crops, organize auctions, bake pies, cook and sew for the homeless, work against domestic violence, care for animals, sing at senior centers, assist special needs children, work for a healthy environment, deliver holiday gifts, help to guide lost hikers from our forests, and one even shaved his head for a good cause! All told our employees donated over 1,500 hours to the local community each year. With so much good going on inside and outside our branches, we can’t help but be grateful for our many dedicated staff that make O Bee, and our community, a better place.
